Governance, Policy and Legal Affairs.

To provide technical support on all matters of governance, policy and legislative issues that are linked to natural resources management in Zambia and beyond.

Wildlife Economy, Sustainable use and Social Justice.

To provide technical support on expanding wildlife economies, support sustainable use and enhancing social inclusion and wellbeing of the local communities.

Women, Youths and Gender Inclusion (WYGI).

To provide technical guidance on gender inclusion and ensuring that both women, and youth are included in conservation of natural resources and beneficiation.

Green Economy, Climate Change and Environment (GECCE).

To provide technical guidance on implementation of Green Economy strategies, climate change mitigation and environmental management and protection.

Sustainable Tourism, Livelihoods and Nature-Based Enterprise Development (STLNBED).

Research, Academics and Innovations (RAI).

To provide technical guidance on the sustainable tourism, local livelihoods through nature-based entrepreneurship development.

To provide leadership in research, situation analysis, reporting publication including support to science and technology.

Management Oriented Monitoring Systems (MOMS) and Performance Management and Evaluation (PME).

To guide and offer technical support on the design, development and implementation of monitoring tools to enhance conservation.

To offer technical support, design and development management systems for monitoring performance.

Community Resources Boards (CRBs) Capacity building

To offer technical guidance and support on the management and implementation of CRBs community institutions.

Community Forest Management Groups (CFMGs).

To offer technical guidance and support on the management and implementation of these community institutions.

CBNRM Training, Capacity Building and Leadership Development.

To provide guidance on training and capacity development of our communities and membership in leadership.

To offer technical guidance and support on the implementation of community engagement activities on national framework for combatting illegal wildlife trade.
